“No! Please, don’t hurt me! I’ve never been with anyone before! Please don’t do this.”
“It’s ok, It won’t hurt. You’ll be happy here.”
“No, please I beg you, I want to go home.”
“But, Honey, you are home. You’ll see it takes a bit but you’ll like it here. I’ll treat you well I promise. You and Chasey will be great friends.” I open my eyes and realize I’m still here. I look around there is Chasey sleeping on the couch she probably went to sleep late, like she has for the last few weeks. Next to me, sleeping like a little angel is my baby, Esperanza: which means hope in spanish. I hope that one day my baby is able to get out of this place get away from the monster her father is. I just want here to have a normal life. Esperanza is a product of rape and is being kidnapped by her father, Mike. Along with us is Chasey. Chasey has been here for 6 years and has gotten pregnant 3 times but has lost all three. Even though she says they die naturally I think that she kills her babies. I really can’t blame her, nobody

I completely understood what she meant but i didn't have the heart to kill the baby God sent me. If it weren’t for Esperanza I would have nothing to fight for she is literally my hope. I remember the day he took me. I was walking around the park with my journal and pen. My pen was a beautiful light pink with many flags on it. Everyday after school i would go for a walk and then go to a nearby cafe to wait for my mother. I lived on one side of the city and went to school on the other. My mother always wanted the best for me and she would wake up two hours earlier than she wish to take me to school. I was walking when suddenly call out from behind me,” Hey miss, you dropped your pen.” he said as he walked towards me. He took a look at the pen and said,” Funny, I’ve been to most of these places.”
