THE MOIST AIR absorbed into her skin and made her hair even more frizzy. She looked over shoulder, to see a group of people gathering around a large bonfire. She skipped over, her fingers wrapped around her opposing wrist as she watched people let out hollers as some girl winced, her wrist band falling into the flames making them roar even higher into the dark sky. "I'd notice that lip-picking anywhere," a simple and smooth voice boomed in her ear. She turned to look, her eyes falling upon glowing emerald ones. Her lips perked up as he hummed at her, "Summer Connors,

What does it look like?" Bellamy Blake shot back, his hand pushing back on of his minions.

He licked his lips watching as Wells coughed out his next answer, "It looks like you're trying to get us all killed. The communication system is dead. These wristbands are all we got. Take them off, and the Ark will think we're dying, that it's not safe for them to follow."

He enforced them, but not anymore, not here. Here, there are no laws." Once more the hundred all screamed and agreed and adored the words that poured out of the boy's mouth. "Here, we do whatever the hell we want whenever the hell we want. Now, you don't have to like it, Wells. You can even try to stop it or change it, kill me. You know why?" A short pause, making everyone look at him with anticipation flooding their veins, "Whatever the hell we want."

My midnight black eight-year-old eyes stare intently at the tall man standing in front of me. He wears a purple and yellow striped shirt, a very unflattering color combination, with thick sand-tan cargo shorts, and piled on top of his head is a massive brown afro. Who is that? I wonder as I clasp my sister’s sweaty chubby hand tighter. The man steps aside to reveal a big banner on the doorway.…

Brianna could feel the younger woman pressing her body against her tighter, her hands sliding down to cup Brianna's toned ass.
