Erica and Bex were standing in front of Alivia's mirror touching up their make-up and fixing their hair when Alivia came out of the bathroom.
Erica eyed her up and down and shook her head.
"Is that what you're wearing?" Erica asked.
Alivia nodded.
"Well," Bex said, rolling her eyes. "We don't have time to wait for you to change that gaudy jogging suit. The boys are waiting downstairs for us.” Bex walked to Alivias’ bedroom door and opened it. “Come on, Erica, I seriously have to get out of this room," she said waving her hand for Erica to follow.
Erica shot Alivia a reassuring glance, grab her by the hand and pulled her out of the room, along the hall and down the stairs.
As they raced into the restaurant, Jules glared at them angrily. "Hey relax, you'll scare off the customers with that teenage hyper behavior,"

“Oh, I see,” Chace said and rested his hand on Devins’ shoulder.
“You came to this party just to meet a girl, you slick devil. I was wondering why you didn’t put up much of a fight when I invited you. So, who’s this green-eyed beauty?”
“What have I told you about reading my thoughts?” Devin asked.
Come on. Chace spoke to him with his mind. I was just curious.
Well, it’s really none of your business. Now is it?
Devin turned his gaze away from his brother. That’s when Devin spotted the girl walking toward the bonfire.
Ah, I guess that means your green-eyed beauty has finally arrived.
Devin glanced sideways at Chace. He was staring at the green-eyed girl, his green-eyed girl. But what was puzzling to Devin was the expression on his brothers face. Chace appeared to know the girl. When Chaces’ eyes darkened, a thin chill went through Devin. He swallowed hard and turned to fix his gaze on the green-eyed girl.
If Chace knew her, then that meant only one thing, Chace was going to make a move on her.
Somehow, Devin had to warn the girl before his brother seduced her and broke her
