My red markups are for thing that need to be changed on a drawing like a changing dimension, adding text, or removing a beam. My blue markups are my communication with the drafter like hatching is to dark or light, see pervious markup, view port scale, or see similar detail. My black markups are for legends, charts, and boarders like add a pervious pavement to legend, remove key plan from all detail sheets, or added pile cap chart to all foundation sheets.
