One Autumn morning I woke up to my mother shouting at me ,”wake up Charles you're going to be late for school”, so I got up,got dressed and walked out the door.On my long walk to school I passed my friend Ramsey, Ramsey and I have been friends since kindergarten ,he is very adventurous, outgoing and when he needs to he is very smart and kind and that`s why I am friends with him. After talking for a bit we noticed it was 5 after 9 and started sprinting towards school.Luckily we made it in time. After a rough day of school Ramsey and I went to our hideout in the woods behind my house. On the way to our hideout we saw a shiny object poking out of the Autumn leaves. After contemplating about what it is we decided to try and pick it up,but it was very heavy so we used every single ounce of strength to pulling it out it ended up falling down the hole under it and dragging us down with it.Luckily we went out of it with only a few scratches because we landed on a large pile of leaves but the problem was that the hole was so deep that we couldn’t see the top and we didn’t get any reception on our phones. We panicked for a few minutes but Ramsey came up with the brilliant plan to explore a tunnel in the cave.We were walking for 15 minutes until we found a door leading to a room filled with books,a cauldron and a man in a purple robe .We asked the man where …show more content…
The second room was a room with a barrel that had a riddle on it that read “what can you put in this barrel to make it lighter”, and beside the barrel was a towel,a rock and a saw.We were stumped by this until Ramsey took the saw and made a hole in it to make it lighter. Then a door opened and it led to a room with a sheet of paper with the question”what are the three forms of matter”.Ramsey didn’t know the answer but then I remembered the three forms of matter are liquid, solid and gas. Then a door opened to a button.I pressed the butten and woke up to my mother yelling at me “wake up charles you’re going to be late for

On Monday night about 8 o'clock, I reached the guard, about 100 people passed it and went towards the custom house where the king's money is lodged. They immediately surrounded the sentry posted there, and with clubs and other weapons threatened to execute their vengeance on him. I was soon informed by a townsman their intention was to carry off the soldier from his post and murder him. I immediately sent a non-commissioned officer and 12 men to protect both the sentry and the king's money, and very soon followed myself to prevent, if possible, all disorder. Nay, so far was I from intending the death of any person that I suffered the troops to go to the spot where the unhappy affair took place without any loading in their pieces; nor did I ever give orders for loading them.…

I'm miserable. I have not recorded anything for a time, despite making an attempt to avoid wasting what is left of my time in this wretched trench. Some nights back a cloudburst happened which left both sides basically fallen. As luck would have it did not hurt anyone but creating it very difficult to fight. Nowadays I think of these trenches as holding cells for prisoners, the site I am guaranteed to spend the remaining months of my life in until i am eventually exhausted and then we are killed like some pack of mice in laboratory experimentation.…
