London Finds Her Sport

“Mom could I please join a new sport out of school. Paige just started playing soccer and she got a really cool sports jacket” The nine year old begged her mother.

“ I don’t see why not! I think you would enjoy meeting new people.” her mother replied. Soon London was on the soccer field running back and forth chasing the ball.

“Mom I HATE soccer all we do is run so I will not go back out there” London grumbled.

“Ok well we could try another sport if you’d like that. I bet you would really enj-”

“NO I WILL NEVER PLAY ANOTHER SPORT AGAIN” London yelled as she stomped off.

“Mom can we go to the pool please Jessica wanted to hang out there” London questioned.

“Sure! Let me go grab our beach towels.” her mom replied.
