Sometimes, when i get bored i like to watch them. The little people. I like to observe the chaos from a safe distance. Its interests me to watch these apparent random pieces all fit together to make what they all search for. The big picture. The grand meaning behind it all. I laugh at the people stuck in traffic on the way to and from their jobs. I watch into schools where the young are herded and forced to sit for the majority of their day. I'm not sure wether to laugh or feel sympathetic. I am a humorous god, but i'm not without the thought of a heart. But these things, even after i give them a heart and a mind, choose to be destructive.
“Judas!”

“Judas!” again said my friend Dante, “Dude, how high are you?”

I was interrupted short after the first lines to Dante informing me of a car coming our way. I repositioned the headphones back onto my ears right on time to hear, “Walk into splintered sunlight Inch your way through dead dreams To another land Maybe you're tired and broken Your tongue is twisted With words half spoken And thoughts unclear What do you want me to do To do for you to see you through A box of rain will ease the pain”. I let myself fall deeper into the trance, engulfed in a feeling of mellow sadness. Remember the morning is when night is dead. Is this my way to ease the pain? Drugs? What pain? As i got carried away in thought i was unaware of my setting. I noticed and jolted in order to recenter myself. An auto center to the right, warehouse to the left, and the gas station was way behind us now. “Attics of my Life” was playing now. Without thinking I walked to the beat. I was reminded periodically of where i was but i mostly let my mind wander. We finally made it to the train tracks where there was enough light to sit and
