Going to Canobie Lake Park
“Why did I agree to this? Why?” I was freaking out. I had to get off! I grasped my seatbelt, trying to get out. “Lemme out!” “Lemme Out!” And then, we were off. “Noo!”
We pulled into the parking lot. It was very hot outside, and I could see water rides nearby. They looked so cool and refreshing. “I want to ride that one” I said, pointing at a nearby ride. “No, that one” my brother said, pointing at a roller coaster. “No way am I riding a roller coaster” I said.We went up to the gate and paid the admission. We ran in, excited, and immediately ran to the biggest water ride of all.
The line was long, but it was worth the wait. Even the line was fun, because we were constantly splashed with water. Luckily for me, I crouched down next to a pole, and avoided most of the water. Finally we got to the front, the wooden raft thing was waiting, my family and 8 other random strangers piled in. We slowly went up, up, up.
30 seconds later, we were probably 100 feet up. We turned the bend, and there was the drop. “Noooooooo!” I screamed in anguish. “Whoosh!” We shot down the tube. As we hit the bottom, I thought that maybe, just maybe we wouldn’t be soaked. But no. Seconds later a massive amount of water crashed down on us and everyone

Just as I began to pull away, I get hit from the side by a random stranger. I chase them down and smash into them. And then, too soon, the ride was over. We got out and I hop back in line. The rest of my family wanted to go on a roller coaster. I was too scared to ride the roller coaster. I just said: “No thanks. I’ll just ride the Bumper Cars”. I rode the Bumper Cars three more times, and every time it was just as fun. Then, I saw my family. They had ridden the roller coaster and said that it was fun. After that, we walked down the warm pavement. Past the fun looking rides like the “StarBlaster”. Past the food carts and the little game

I got comfortable with the rollercoaster as if I became one with it. I waved my arms up high enjoying the crazy loops and turns. The rollercoaster went inside of a dark cave that blinded everyone. Water splashed on us like an atomic bomb as we exited the cave. Maybe this rollercoaster was not so bad after all.…

There was a rush through my body thinking, Wow, that was fun!! We have gone on a lot more rides, by the end of the day. My favorite ride was that there was three different slides that are pitch dark and you get one soft mate and you go up a small set of wooden stairs then you race down the slide and the reason I loved it was because it takes about four seconds to get to the bottom of the slide but it feels like it takes a minute. A lot of the rides were fun some scary, and some adrenaline pumping. Ashley was tired and we had went on the rides we wanted to go on, so we had paid to get are belongings.…

When we arrived at Six Flags, I bolted out of my car faster than lightning. I wanted to ride the biggest and most dangerous roller coaster there. I was probably one of the most craziest kids there, but I didn’t care. As I was looking for one, I smelled food. A little meal couldn’t hurt me, so I got one.…

I saw the cloudless blue sky. I saw the Ferris wheel moving up and around, allowing its riders to look across the park. I saw families walking around together; laughing, eating, and smiling. I watched as the coaster went around the loop, accompanied by more screams. I saw the Tower of Terror in the distance, knowing people were on that ride right now screaming and falling in the dark.…

Scraping your knee on the sidewalk, getting hit hard with the basketball, falling off the monkey bars, these are just a few examples of ways you can get hurt at school. The worst case scenario is you would end up going to the school nurse as a result of an accident. Before first grade, suffering an injury was way out of the norm for me. The only time I got hurt in first grade, I bypassed the school nurse and went straight to the hospital. It was a scalding August afternoon, and I just finished another tiring day of first grade.…

Have you ever got to enjoy hot and ready breakfast in bed? Well, I have, on the day I got to go to Six Flags which to be exact was February the second, twenty-thirteen. Oh, the smell of apple wood honey bacon with two over-medium eggs with a hash brown intrigued with cheese and onions in the middle is the smell of breakfast at its finest. The morning was also a treat in itself with the view of the marvelous, enchanting sunrise and the bluebonnets that my family and I have planted in our backyard gave the right appearance for the new day. Now, this was a Saturday so there’s no school…

It was the largest, most thrilling roller coaster yet to be found. I didn't believe it but knowing my best friend Prisa she was not gonna let me miss out on as she would always say, “once in a lifetime opportunities”. It was a hot, sunny day as the sun lit up the whole park. The blunt air had no wind or even a soft gentle breeze. It was just plain old humid and to add on to that, we were crowded with a solid 200 people in the line,…

As soon as all of us, scarfed down our delicious animal style burgers we piled in the van for another couple hours/days to go visiting family along California in the different places that they lived. There was no time for a break, we were off to the next one. By “one”, I mean roller coaster, but this wasn’t just any other roller coaster, this was the Dragster. The record breaking, rapid and towering Dragster which was located at the amusement park Cedar Point, in Ohio. I watched my friends walk briskly in front of me anticipating the next thrill.
