“Why did I agree to this? Why?” I was freaking out. I had to get off! I grasped my seatbelt, trying to get out. “Lemme out!” “Lemme Out!” And then, we were off. “Noo!”
We pulled into the parking lot. It was very hot outside, and I could see water rides nearby. They looked so cool and refreshing. “I want to ride that one” I said, pointing at a nearby ride. “No, that one” my brother said, pointing at a roller coaster. “No way am I riding a roller coaster” I said.We went up to the gate and paid the admission. We ran in, excited, and immediately ran to the biggest water ride of all.
The line was long, but it was worth the wait. Even the line was fun, because we were constantly splashed with water. Luckily for me, I crouched down next to a pole, and avoided most of the water. Finally we got to the front, the wooden raft thing was waiting, my family and 8 other random strangers piled in. We slowly went up, up, up.
30 seconds later, we were probably 100 feet up. We turned the bend, and there was the drop. “Noooooooo!” I screamed in anguish. “Whoosh!” We shot down the tube. Just as I began to pull away, I get hit from the side by a random stranger. I chase them down and smash into them. And then, too soon, the ride was over. We got out and I hop back in line. The rest of my family wanted to go on a roller coaster. I was too scared to ride the roller coaster. I just said: “No thanks. I’ll just ride the Bumper Cars”. I rode the Bumper Cars three more times, and every time it was just as fun. Then, I saw my family. They had ridden the roller coaster and said that it was fun. After that, we walked down the warm pavement. Past the fun looking rides like the “StarBlaster”. Past the food carts and the little game
