I was in the forest, training while plotting my next attack. My plan was to assassinate the king of Bridgeport. A few months ago he slaughtered all of the young children I was going to train, he even burnt down their dormitories. Taking something from the world’s greatest assassin would come at a cost, a life for a life to put it simply. My question was, how do I do it? His kingdom was surrounded by an impenetrable wall, with guards everywhere covered in head to toe with diamond armour. I would have to come in from above. Even that wouldn’t work. His only weak spot was the fact that his kingdom was pitch black at night. If I got lucky, I could sneak into the castle unnoticed and impale him, or do whatever. A ransom could work too. I turned around, it was Luciel, my most successful student. He was holding a sack, I could hear some sort of ‘clink’ inside the bag. It was gold.

“Did you raid Lord Davinton’s castle again?” I asked, it was a common place to raid for my students, Lord Davinton was too ignorant to put up reinforcements, so raiding his home was easy. Luciel nodded. “Shouldn’t you try raiding someone else’s home?”

“I was planning to raid Prince Callum’s castle, but on the way there I heard that Lord Davinton’s castle was receiving a shipment of diamonds. I had to get my share.” He replied, smiling. I headed home, cuts still on my face, and a plan still in my head. I ran a bath and washed my cuts, I thought about how I’d get inside the heavily guarded castle, I could scale it and enter in from the top, sneak into the king's bedroom, press on his neck to make sure he’s unconscious, put him in a bag, and then bring him here. I climbed out of the bath and put on a tunic and shorts, that should be enough for my trip to Bridgeport. I took a few daggers and knives so I would be able to make sure trouble wouldn’t come my way.
