Creative Writing: Cries For Absolution

Improved Essays
Cries for absolution echoed in the darkness of the hall that lead to the Lord’s throne.

The King was a man of wisdom and compassion who cared for all his people, and they cared for him.

On a very unfortunate day while heading to the parish he was kidnapped by demons, and after six months he escaped and returned home. He came back scarred and fractured, in more ways than one. The most obvious was his beloved arm, something quite important for the king that no gold could ever replace.

Upon his voyage to return to his land, the King requested a priest exonerate him for what he had experienced with the demons that had played with his pain. The priest stood with a distraught expression of bewilderment as he listened to the his Royal Highness.

Narnia English Creative The reigns slice through my withered fingertips like sawing razor blades as I guide the Witch’s sleigh through the darkness of Narnia to return to her castle. In her realm of power she reclines in the sleigh and sways her wand as a reminder to abide by her commandments or be cast into stone. Narnia is silent; just the sound of the bears heaving the Witch’s sleigh through the snow, the creatures lock themselves away in the safety of their homes. A procedure I too used to follow, that is, before I betrayed the ones most dear to me and became the Witch’s evil dwarf.…

Casting a silencing spell mid battle was the riskiest thing I could have done during the peak of the Exalted War. Though this was the only unwavering chance I had at having the upper hand against the throne’s demigod challenger, Sahli; the destroyer of man and conqueror of southern lands. “You think that my father’s wizardry will work?” before tauntingly adding, “…against me, Evelyn?” Mockingly I smirked; instead focusing my life-force on just that.…

There was a heavy person on top of her, spreading open her thighs, and another person kneeling on her hair, hands pinning down her arms, sharp shards digging into her back, and excited male voices rising all around her. When yet another hand clamped over her mouth, Jackie bit it, and the hand became a fist that punched her in the face. The men surrounding her began to laugh.
