Having vacated Mac ‘n hiavelli’s, Russell and Phillip then quickly made their way over to Russell’s transport as fast and furtively as two bank robbers not wanting to draw attention to themselves after the crime. “What the hell was that all about?” Russell demanded. “I’m never going to be able to show my face in there again. Belich early, he handed it in ahead of time. He had working on it the entire day Sunday and also had whitewashed it so it wouldn’t bring up any more suspicions about his feelings for the volunteers. Lunch was fifth period for Phillip and it was the only part of his school day he really enjoyed because not only was he hungry by that point of the day, but it also meant he wasn’t in any class anymore. He liked having the time to just sit with his friends, Manny and Dave, and talk about video games, movies, or whatever else popped into their thoughts. On Mondays, stories of everyone’s weekend was the expected topic of conversation and that ultimately came to fruition when Phillip sat down to eat his turkey sandwich. “It is really awesome!” Dave proclaimed to a less-than-interested Manny and Phillip. “I told you motocross run four would be better than the other three put together.
