After the Revolutionary War, Napoleon became a French general and was now in charge of the Italian military. He is currently meeting with the man who was in charge of the Italians before, but has now been demoted to lieutenant. “Good morning, General Napoleon. Your new Italian soldiers have been awaiting your arrival in the barracks. I hope you are satisfied with the army,” The Italian Lieutenant said nervously.
“Tell them to form ranks in the clearing over there, I can’t be bothered with waking up these peasants,” Napoleon replied before riding away on his horse. The tired soldiers sauntered over to the field, crust still in their eyes and starving from the lack of food in the camp.
