Elliot did not realise what he had done, until he saw a tired smile of the headmaster staring blankly at him. Thoughts were rushing through his head. Elliot's heart was pounding, he wanted to run, but his feet would not move. He knew this was the right thing to do, if he opened up and stoped this mess, he could finally be friends with Ben and Louise again.
“Is there anything I could help you with?” the headmaster questioned.
I could easily lie, he does not know anything, the headmaster is blind to all that happens in Holminster. He does not know about the Guardians, he doesn't now about me, Elliot thought. Elliot was about to open his mouth to speak when in the corner of his eye, he saw a crowd of kids dashing towards the toilet block.
It's too late, the damage has been already done, He thought.

Elliot knew what to do, he shifted through the crowd, until he saw Simon Kilworth, who was crying with blood all over his body, with Sean Ashmore beating him up. Elliot pushed Sean away from him, anger was running through his veins, it wasn't like anything he felt before. He wasn't angry at the bully, he was angry at himself. Sean retaliated by throwing a punch in Elliot's direction. Everything he did was for nothing, it's the same as his old school, nothing has changed, no matter how hard he tried.
