Problem Solving Assessment
Scenario:
It is my second week on the job, and I have been struggling to make it to work on time. I began work at 7:30am. Over the past week, I was 10 minutes late on Monday, 15 minutes late on Tuesday, and almost a half hour late on Wednesday. My supervisor was understanding at first and I was able to make up the time I missed; however, my supervisor says that if I am able to be on time each day next week that I be facing disciplinary charges for not being able to follow attendance policies. …show more content…
I will invite my family to help me to implements my plans.
1. Invite family to get involve with planning schedules.
2. Work together with family to prepare the night before in organizing.
3. Encouraging everyone in the family to go to bed at the same time.
In Conclusion
Problem solving is one of the most essential skills. Regardless the problem we are face we need to be able to find ways to overcome obstacles. In order to strengthen your solutions you need to remain steadfast to your decision to make changes that will help you achieve your goals. In my case I needed to improve my time management. I need to be better organized. I gather facts that would help me find solutions. I rearrange my time to fit my work schedule. I made a list of possible solution that would help me better organize my time. I evaluation my ideas to see if they were appropriate and realistic.
