For years there has been a contraversial topic about what is better for a young mind: creative play, or organized activities. Today this debate is still an issue in our society. But like many conflicts between simmilar cultures, todays issue isnt a matter of who's right or wrong, its a matter of compramise and eqaulibriums. Children should be given the freedom to choose what type of activities they participate in, wether it be something they make up on their own, or some kind of organized event tailored to their intersts. They will benefit from learning about who they are them-themselves from creative play, and learn about others and their community from organized activities.
