Richard Florida took note that cities, organizations that are to be successful should shift their focus to creative ideas. In ‘The Rise of the Creative Class’, Florida disputes that employees in today’s society no longer hold onto their jobs but show an increased trend to change jobs constantly. Reasons why this is so because it gives people/us the flexibility to be creative and the ability to voiced themselves better from switching jobs.
