Creative and Therapeutic activities are techniques in which help individuals to express themselves through imagination and creativity beyond words. The objective of this assignment is to be able to analyse and explain three activities that can help individuals or groups in two health and social care settings.
Initially, I will start with my setting which is a day care which is a facility for the elderly and disabled individuals. A day care centre is a planned program of activities designed to promote well-being through social and health related services. Day care centre targets to provide the elderly with an opportunity to get out of the house and receive both mental and social motivation. Secondly, to give care-givers a much needed break in
