Creation vs. Evolution: The Search for Truth

For centuries, since man appeared on this planet, as generations give in to others, there's a lot of mysteries which remain in debate. There's always two or more perspectives about a certain topic, and everybody doesn't always agree on one conclusion. One of the still unresolved mysteries is the true beginnings of man. How did I come to life? How did you come to life? How did we come to life? How, where and when did all this start? Everyone, at least at one point in their lives, have asked themselves those questions. And really, no one seems to get to the bottom of that idea and have it all figured out. In today's world, there are two theories that strongly claim to answer that question, and those are creationism, the belief of everything to have been created by a supernatural entity or being and evolutionism, the belief that everything just came to be and evolved from that point onward. As a kid, I learned that God created this universe in as short as 6 days and rested on the seventh one, so you could say that I'm a creationist. I learned and believed

The whole chapter keeps on talking about what God created and how He did it, but the first verse itself is enough to rely on. We have a reliable source to base our information about creation on, but evolutionists really don't have any source they can rely on except their own thoughts. This can be a solid point to rely on in the creation/evolution debate, because it really leaves the evolutionist side with no clue of how to disprove it. You may be asking yourself, "Is the Bible really a reliable source?", and it is because it has been passed down since Jesus's time here on Earth till today. All sorts of accounts from different apostles and other people have been added, and it hasn't really lost its credibility. Also, it is reliable

For a long time, schools have only taught Darwinism in a science setting; but in recent years, the topic of Creationism, and whether or not it should be taught in schools, has been discussed in school board meetings. The problem is, however, that people believe there is no sound argument to disclose that Creationism, or Intelligent Design, is a legitimate science. Therefore, the debate on whether to teach Intelligent Design, along with Darwinism, is a poorly fought battle due to overwhelming evidence in favor of Darwinism. The first concern that sheds doubt on Creationism is its validity or lack thereof.…

In the essay, “Evolution as Fact and Theory,” Stephen Gould defenses Charles Darwin’s theory of Evolution over the beliefs of creationist on God creating all organisms in the world. To further his support, he states his three arguments which are observational evidence, the imperfection of nature, and transitions found in fossil records to demonstrate that even though evolution is just a theory, there are plentiful evidence of facts that supports it. The essay was not just about justifying the theory of evolution to the creationist but also to reject the ideas of blindfolded views on scientific creationism. Throughout the essay, Gould acknowledges many of the major perspectives of the scientific world to support the theory of evolution that…
