Creating a virtual presence allows both the learner and instructor to establish and maintain the connection needed for the learner to achieve their goals.
I allow the learner to take responsibility for their learning goals and provide constant support to facilitate the learners ability reach their goals. Constant positive feedback and communication is a strategic tool I employ to ensure learner success.
