There are probably a few things that Babolat could be doing better. One thing I think they could work on is posting a little more frequently. There are some days on their social media pages that go without a post while some of their competitors, like Wilson tennis, post multiple times a day (Wilson Tennis). With the low volume of posts it is possible that their tweets will go completely unseen by many of their followers and will just get lost. I also think they could get more involved in community events, like hosting combines and camps for young kids to be able to come to and maybe get some tennis lessons as well getting some free Babolat merchandise. This could provide Babolat with some good exposer and good will within the tennis community. …show more content…

• (g) Ambassadors also may NOT sell any Babolat products obtained through the program, whether provided for free or purchased at preferred price.
• (h) Ambassadors may NOT purchase products for friends and family via preferred pricing ("Ambassador Terms and Conditions")
They have included that they want to make sure that the players are very active so that people can see the Babolat products being used frequently. They also want to have to team members spreading the information about Babolat products and promoting for Babolat. This can include making a social media page just to promote for Babolat. Also, they make sure that the members are not already on some sort of Babolat team already, because they want a larger range of people using and promoting their products. They also want have the ambassadors write reviews on the products and let people know that Babolat makes a good product. They also want the ambassadors to always have the logo stenciled on the racquets, because it is an easily recognizable thing to see while watching someone play tennis. The company was officially formed in Lyon, France in 1875 when Pierre Babolat, a former musical string manufacturer, decided to develop a type of string for tennis racquets, a sport of which had its inception in the prior year (“Babolat History”). They continued to solely operate as a tennis string manufacturing company throughout most of the 20th century. They developed many other string related products, but still remained mainly in the tennis string business. It was not until 1994 that Babolat first developed a tennis racquet, which has now grown in popularity and is used by many of the games elite players (“Babolat History”).
