Then you create one more ball just a bit smaller and place it on top of that one. You then find two sticks to stick in the sides as arms and make the face by using whatever items you would like. Finally, top it off with a hat and scarf and you have made your snowman.

Roving with Snowman through the garbage-strewn moonscape of a messy and totaled world, no reader will be able to restrain a shiver of fear superimposing acknowledgment. Snowman is no powerfully built or heroic specimen blessed by physical competence. The unrelenting sun burns him, he is bitten by insects and he is potential prey to every misaligned and malign creature created by scientific experiment. His survival is accidental more than intentional and his comic reactions, getting drunk, trying to wear a sheet as a toga, suggest the extent to which man would have to go through in the future without any help from the Mother…

My first experience of snow was like a snow globe, except it seemed whoever was shaking it wasn’t going to stop. Snow Globes are a model of a scene surrounded by particles of fake, white matter resembling snow, but when shaken it turns to a magnificent snowstorm. While I have many snow globes at my house collected from my childhood, this was the first one I was in. I think a lot about the countless times my dad has told me of stories of his childhood. His numerous adventures of snow days, seasonal change, and free time in the backyard.…

Now on the surface this may seem like a step backwards as to why people don’t want to go to college, but it’s a reason in and of itself. I myself am very capable of going to college, yet the way my career works doesn’t require that I go to a college, only that I provide for myself and my family with enough time in my day to pursue my passion as an artist. Not every reason for not going to college is purely logical or explainable. Sometimes it’s as simple as, “I’m not going to college because I just don’t want to go to…

I have read articles about those who choose not to attend college and for the majority, their reason for doing so is usually because of lack of funding, the need to support the household, the want to pursue a passion, or perhaps a combination of those mentioned. Some also find colleges lacking in fundamental principles. This is because “more fundamentally, now as ever, somebody has to actually do things: fix our cars, unclog our toilets, build our houses” (Source A). While it is true that there is a need for manual trades, one shouldn’t forgo the idea of college just because of this. Higher education does still provide a hands-on learning approach through many opportunities through study abroad programs and…
