Cameron is pulled over because Christine is performing fellatio on him. They are then ordered to get out of the car and Officer Ryan then proceeds to sexually violate Christine, while Cameron does not say anything because he is afraid of the consequences and is left with no choice, but to stay quiet. Not only is there racial profiling with this scene, but also police corruption. With police corruption, the issue remains within the problem of trust and with racial profiling many people struggle to respect the police. These are two major issues that are finally gaining people’s attention, but this movie was produced in 2004 and just now in 2016 becoming a main topic of the publics’ attention, which goes to show that this movie had the right mindset in terms of racism. It is sad to see throughout the movie the daily struggle that all these people face and the small steps that are taken to fix
