To begin with, pain is a good support to illegalize abortion. The side effects are very painful. Cramping is a side effect, and it feels like a knife being stabbed in the stomach. Cramping after abortion lasts up to six weeks! You are given a medicine called Methergin, and it causes cramping. Abortions can also cause infections. Infections are a very painful process to remove. Most of these infections are removed by either antibiotics or a suction tube. The antibiotics they put you on after abortion are Metronidazole and Azithromycin. In most cases, the antibiotics will not work. Every 1/10 patients medicine do not work. The suction process takes up to five weeks to heal. A reason why is it’s difficult. You could have many miscarriages after abortion. Miscarriages are depressing for many women and their spouses. The majority of miscarriages lead to depression. Some miscarriages result in suicide. You also have a torn uterus lining depending on the way of abortion. Tearing your uterine lining hurts very severely. Many women don't know how to handle the pain, so they take many different medicines. Very few women overdose on painkillers after abortion. Also, your tubes get messed up. Have you ever heard about a women getting her tubes tied? If you haven't, that’s when a woman goes into surgery to no be able to have children again. Having your tubes getting messed up is the same as getting them tied just not on purpose. Pregnancies after abortion causes disabilities of children. One of the disabilities are autism. Autism affects many lives. Autism is a problem because of bullies. Bullies are rude about your disabilities when they aren't your fault. They weren't asked to be that way! Some other disabilities are bones not being right. Your bones are what keep you standing. If one of your bones in your legs wasn't right th en you could be in a wheelchair for the rest of your life. The baby’s deaths are tragic. 1.21 million babies die every year due to abortion. A majority of people are against abortion, because they believe that you are killing an innocent human being! Which you are! Compare the baby’s death to one of your younger siblings or cousins. It’s painful to imagine, isn’t it? If you had an abortion you would never forget the baby you killed. A baby dies every four seconds! Count in your head to four, there goes another innocent child. How many have to die just because their mom made a stupid decision. Today, the number is 54 million. It’s tragic to think about. 125,000 die every day to abortion. Why do so many people make one little mistake and the child has to pay for it. They didn’t do anything to you! They could potentially be the best thing that has ever happened to you! I can promise you that you have a mother figure in your life who is so grateful to have you. Do you know who else dies so many times because of abortion? The mothers die too! 1,320 have died since 1973, when abortion became legal. Imagine if your mom was pregnant with a baby and she went to have an abortion and didn’t come back home. How many of you would regret your mom’s decision?
