Cpa Case Study Ron

I have caught up with Ron a couple of months since the last appointment. I spoke to Ron over the phone a month ago and having been on CPAP for a few weeks, he was certainly feeling much worse and had since recommenced treatment and indeed purchased a machine. There has certainly been some improvement in symptoms and overall Ron is finding CPAP easier to use second time around. Nonetheless, he does continue to report ongoing daytime somnolence.

Recent pathology including FBE, U&Es, LFTs, TFTs, B12, folate, iron studies have all come back essentially normal, although ferritin is towards the lower end of the normal range at 44. Ron has not been aware of nocturnal leg movement of late.

Ron is due to go on an overseas trip for the next
