Over the years, there has been much controversy over Cow’s milk being unhealthy for humans to drink. I have seen on news stations in articles, plus hear from others that milk has many additives. These additives they speak of are not so healthy for humans, they can cause cancer, hormonal changes that are causing the young children to develop much faster than normal. Due to the fact of hearing such things about cow’s milk I have avoided drinking it as much as possible. The last few years I have drunk almond milk and have slowly been introducing it to my kids and husband. I've believed that cow's milk is not good for humans and bad for our children to drink because of the added hormones. I have always tried to limit my children's cow's milk intake
