BA 250 When you came to know that your coworker who has equal education, responsibilities, and experience is paid a way more than you, it shocks. However, salary is not limited to skills, education and experience. My friend Ian Newell has mention about being positive and execute positive. I strongly agree with her in this point. First make sure the information I received from my coworker is true.
However, I do not agree with Ian Newell is to go to the boss and talk about the issue without any preparation. Some of my preparation would be self-improvement, asking for the feedback, take responsibilities seriously and adding other skill if needed.
