First, I would tell my coworker that arguing and violence is not going to solve the problem. After my coworker calms down, I will discuss possible ideas that we can share with our boss to solve this problem. So what’s really the issue? The company fired 5 employees because they lost a large client. Now the company has 95 employees and two employees must do the workload of 5 employees. In addition, a project must be completed within 3 days. Solution 1:
There are 95 employees why should two employee do the workload of five employee. So what can be done? List the job task of the five employees that were fired. After that dived their task equally among 95 employees.
Advantage: Employees are being treated equally and most would corporate.

Also this decision can affect the performance of several employees.
Solution 2: Tell my boss how I feel.
I would tell my boss that the workload that I’ve been assigned is interfering with the project that must be completed in three days.
Advantage: My boss might understand my situation and assign someone else my task.
Disadvantage: However, this decision may limit my growth in the company and he will no longer think I’m a handworker or capable of multi-tasking.

Solution 3: Hire interns Yes! I would tell my boss to hire interns.
Advantage: interns bring new perspective on organizational issues. They can bring fresh ideas to the company and help the organization work more efficiently. Also Interns are good with social media and technology so they can bring more large clients back to the company.
Disadvantage: Interns need to be train just like any other employee, and right now is not the time.

Out of all these solutions i will go with the first one. Why? Every employee knows that sometimes company go through economic issues and certain changes must be implemented in order to keep the company
