As being hurt by his best friend doesn’t seem like a good omen. The author seems to be portraying the style of persuasion. As he has realized his fate. Finally, the main idea seems to be horror. As he knows making an enemy is not a very good sign. This quote is valuable as it shows that there is a new set of rules outside from the reservation. Thus, Junior must adapt to the new rules. I chose this quote as it truly shows Junior 's voyage into his new world. Including all of the strange rules and traditions. Thus, he must learn his way in this strange land. I predict that Junior will have a hard time in his new world but, will eventually adjust. I predict this because Junior seems to have a very level head. I think the main idea is ignorance. As he doesn’t understand the new rules. The author seems to be trying to give a style of description. As the author is describing in detail what happened. I like this style as it provides a good image in the mind.

I predict that Roger and Junior will become friends. I predict this because I think there is a high chance of this actually happening. I think the theme of this text is to never refuse help if you actually need it. This is to mean if you need help and you are offered it, do not be prideful. I think this quote is slightly racist. After all, just because you are successful does not mean you are white, and vice versa. I chose this quote because it shows the bias that is prevalent in the tribe. Thus, that may also be prevalent in different varieties in the real world. Which is sad, as this shouldn’t be happening in the modern world. This author seems to be using the Narrative style quite frequently. This seems appropriate as this is a fictional journal after all. I predict the Indians will not forgive Junior for his “transgression”. In retrospect, this is possible as the tribe has shown their stubbornness in the past. I think the theme is to not judge people for their actions. As what you may consider bad, someone else may perceive as good and
