A common, disease-spreading habit is people not covering their mouths when they sneeze or cough. This irritates me because everyone else's health is put at risk, they could take the simple action of lifting their arm, and it makes it more bothersome. I don't like when people don't cover their mouths while sneezing or coughing because everyone else doesn't want to get sick. When you do not cover your mouth while sneezing or coughing, you are spreading airborne illnesses through small droplets becoming aerosolized. As many as 4,000 droplets can be extruded in one sneeze. Then, people who are not yet ill can inhale the droplets , or the droplets may land on their eyes, nose or mouth, causing them to catch whatever disease
