Teachers must make instructional decisions before, during, and after every lesson provided to students. These considerations guide us to modify instruction to individuals or groups in the classroom. Therefore, with a group of academically diverse learners in the classroom it is necessary to make curriculum choices that correspond with the student’s interests, skills and requirements. For example, it is pertinent to determine if a particular lesson is not working, and to immediately establish what steps can be taken to adjust the instructional objectives.
