*Note: I attended the central branch court in downtown San Diego with my peer, Tina Nguyen, on Friday May 11, 2018.
-The courtroom number was 1901 and the judge was Peter L. Gallagher.
Names of Prosecutor and Defense Attorney
-The prosecutor in this case was Amy Colby while the defense attorney was Ryan MacGuire Fong.
Type of Hearing
-The type of hearing was a preliminary hearing.
Main Facts of the Case
-The main facts of the case concern two females by the name of Christina Sanchez and Alexandra Daley who were once close friends. However, as their relationship developed, Daley became uncomfortable with Sanchez’s obsessive and somewhat aggressive behavior towards her that ultimately lead to Daley file

Among such were minor counts such as counts fifteen and sixteen. Count fifteen occurred on July 23rd, 2017 in which Daley claimed she saw Sanchez drive by her as Daley waited for her Lift driver to pick her up, whereas count sixteen, on August 21st, 2017 concerned Daleys sighting of Sanchez as Daley retrieved a package from a 7/11 amazon locker that Daley acquired due to fear of Sanchez tampering with her mail. Daley also come to testify to severe counts as counts sixteen, nineteen, and twenty. Count sixteen, being on July 25th, 2017, consisted of Daley’s recollection of the day as she had went out to eat by herself, yet such took a turn for the worst as Sanchez followed her there and insisted on having Daley check her phone “as if to prove something” to Daley regrading her lack of stalking her that was evidently …show more content…
The two then got into an altercation in which resulted in Daley pepper spraying Sanchez twice while several bystanders attempted to separate the two while the police came. Daley also came to testify about counts nineteen and twenty. Count nineteen concerned Sanchez’s appearance at Daley’s workplace in a hospital cafeteria in which lead to Daley calling the authorities while she hid in fear. Whereas count twenty concerned Sanchez breaking into Daley’s home on October 6th, 2017 to steal Daley’s laptop and security camera that were placed in Daley’s bedroom to which Sanchez claimed Daley would get back if she agreed to met her in which Daley did come to do, yet Sanchez had refused to give her the property until the next day in order to force more interaction upon
