1) To start off with, by completing the emotions assignment I have learned numerous important information that give me a different looks and the reason behind why I have a difficult time showing emotions like sadness and affection. I never thought about my emotions with so many details and the positive and negative art of not being able to showcase some emotions that other people might not have a problem showing casing openly. I have gone deeper to find out what exactly I feel and why I feel these certain types of emotions, either with other people or just myself. Not only regarding myself I have learned the emotions I find it hard to deal with when another person is showing them like anger and grief which made me understand why I have a hard time letting people show those certain emotions to me.
