Carter, this report was developed based on my personal reflection of what I have observed, not just over these past few weeks but over the time that I have had the opportunity to work in the Carter school environment. I can greatly appreciate the sincere effort and love that your staff demonstrates each and every day, it is truly heartwarming but in order for this hard work to turn into success toward students, staff and families, the Carter Christian Academy school improvement plan must include an Enhance Professional Practice Framework for teaching and learning. From a positive standpoint, I would rather provide suggestions and recommendation toward improvement rather than waste time with timely criticism of individuals, failed processes and procedures. Conclusively, my professional assessment is that a great amount of energy, supports and resources should be spent toward the research and development of educational best…

A clear goal of mine is to excel academically, and in a small college like Cal Baptist, where I may receive one-on-one help from professors, I hope to do just that.…

I agree with you 100 percent. Christian counselors should not impose their beliefs on their clients. Personally, I feel that clients who are active in their religion have fewer psychological problems than clients who have no religious background. However, as I said above, I do agree with you that Christian counselors should not impose their beliefs or their religious agenda on clients. Although my goal is to become a Christian counselor, I will only integrate religion, spirituality, and Christian faith into the client's treatment if that is the client's desire.…

Introduction The NAADAC was designed to determine what conduct is and isn’t ethical for today’s addictions counseling professionals. This list of conduct standards is determined by the National Certification Commission and is used when complaints are filed against professionals.
