Mentoring Mentoring is a method that can help to affirm and promote people to deal with their own discovering in order to help them maximizing their possibilities, formulating their skills, giving their best performance, and becoming the person they desire to be. Mentoring includes many aspects such as training, accompaniment, boost, proposal and direction from people who have both done it before and are generally independent of the mentee’s current organization. In any types of organizations, mentoring can be used as a means to facilitate and help the growing of career development among employees. Group time management skills can give me much more assurance from accepting good processes to use when approaching difficulties in workplace as group manager. This can enable me to figure out problems more rapidly and in effect, and also know how to constitute convinced solutions. As future leader in the healthcare industry, it is also important that I encourage and support group work and teamwork in the workplace because it can contribute greatly to better job satisfaction not only for my employees but for the company. Having a strong group management will help group members and build trust among them while rely on each other for guidance and support in times of challenges. Group management can help to enhance workload and help to complete any group projects more effectively (Wolf, 2016). Group management can help me bring more people in my workplace or business together from different backgrounds and levels of experiences, where I can share my knowledge with them and vice-et-versa, and also allow my own skills and capabilities to grow as well as my employees and co-workers (Baldwin, et al., 2013).
