Individual was responsive throughout the counseling session. Individual stated that she had a difficult week and also that she was having a bad day today. Individual was tearful. Erin affirmed to feel frustration because her father was back in jail. Individual also explained her boyfriend broke up with her today after three and a half years of relation because he didn't know how to handle her current depression. Individual stated her boyfriend said: "she wasn't good for him anymore". This two events triggered feelings of depression and irritability.
