Counselor Neal Peatross testified before the Court that March of 2015 he was assigned to monitor and counsel Marsharone Coleman. Peatross stated that he referred Marsharone Coleman and his mother, Coshelle Coleman, to Dr. Little. Dr. Little recommended for Marsharone Coleman to attend weekly counseling sessions, sex offender therapy, and group counseling on Mondays which were approved by the E&R Bureau and his insurance. Dr. Little reported to Peatross that Marsharone Coleman and his mother attended counseling sessions with Dr. Little on May 11th, June 8th, July 13th, and July 23rd, but stopped attending the counseling sessions in early August because they moved to Mississippi.
