The surveys we conducted with our target market provided us with interesting and informative data. Below is a discussion of the findings that we discover related to Cougar Mountain, customer to the perception of the company and upgrading.

1. Respondent’s Profile user
The survey was distributed to 992 working adults. We found that a 25% of our respondent work as Controllers while the rest were CEO. A 33% of the common user of Cougar Mountain are non-profit organizations and the rest were manufacturing and retail companies.
