Cotton Web has its offices in UK, Germany and France and its main production facility is situated in Lahore, Pakistan. 7. Main operations/ departments in apparel manufacturing

7.1 Storage
They are invested in there large warehouse 700,000 meters of fabric. On the other hand the material store has Cotton Web stocks bulk buttons, stitching threads and labels and other trims.

7.2 Cutting
There cutting section covers about 18,000 sq ft and cutting capacity is 20,000 garments per day. The cutting department supply flow chart is as follows

7.3 Stitching:
There stitching section covers about 46,000 sq ft and the capacity of the stitching department is 20,000 PCs / day. The stitching department supply flow chart is as follow

7.4 Wet Processing and Special effects
Cotton Web has one of the most modern garment wet processing facility in the country. The electric mix of Italian Spanish and far eastern equipment allows Cotton web to deliver the customers a large number of dying and washing. There washing department covers 20,000 sq. ft. and the Capacity of their washing department is 20,000 garments per day (24 hours)

7.5 Finishing
The finishing section covers 32,000 sq. ft. area and its capacity of packing 20,000 garments/day
