Statistics state the challenges at the border are because there is no unity between the United States law enforcement and the Mexican law enforcement. Communication is the key to any good organized plan. They also state in some parts of the border, an old fence, divides the United States and Mexico, which causes all kinds of problems with entry form immigrates. The old fence was never removed even though there was a bill passed to put up new ones. Some parts have a new fence, but the others the old fence remains because of the high cost of fencing.
