First, freedom should be given because we should all be equal. In Martin Luther King Jr.;I Have A Dream speech says “I still have a dream.It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream. I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed, ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident; that all men are created equal.’” When it stated that it was a dream deeply rooted in the American dream , this shows that America was established off of the principals of freedom. The Declaration of Independence was to depart from under the British control and TO BE FREE!
