In Oregon, the cost for a proper euthanasia procedure is an estimated range of $35,000 to 40,000 dollars. However, the cost of drugs for assisted suicide is roughly thirty-five dollars (Economic Aspects, 2011). Some debate that euthanasia is the correct path to take because the cost of it is less than the cost of all medical bills for treatments to a terminal illness, in which the possibility for a cure is not very likely. Due to everyone’s different beliefs, morals, and ethics issues of pros and cons to euthanasia are quickly fired up.
