The organisation under consideration is the international organisation, which means that the organisation has to comply with the rules and regulations of the respective country apart from the fact that they are slightly different from the ones in the UK (Schiraldi & Smith, 2012). The considered organisation is also responsible for the payment of the taxes without any avoidance. It is also noticed that the email accounts specifically the private emails are restricted to access during the working hours in the selected organisation. However, many of the employees in the organisation do not follow this rule and hence, find themselves in an ethical and legal dilemma. Moreover, the use of the internet may put the employers and the employees at odds due to the fact that both sides are trying to protect their personal interests. The employees are assumed to maintain their privacy while employer of the selected organisation ensures that there is no misuse of the organisational resources. For this purpose, the ethical monitoring policies are being implemented in the Tesco so as to avoid the indiscriminate monitoring of the online activities of employees (Imrie & Dolton, 2014).
