Since I was a little girl I have always felt a deep connection to makeup and hair. I remember always having my friends come to me asking for my advice on how to do their hair or if I would be willing to do their makeup for the next upcoming dance. As I grew up, cosmetology was put on the backburner until I entered into my senior year of High School. I suffered from anorexia since the end of my sophomore year and have been dealing with it ever since and during my recovery process I have found my refuge in makeup. Resorting to makeup helped me heal mentally and physically and since then I have had my heart set on wanting to learn more.
