Corvias Mission, Vision, Values, and Goals
Corvias original mission was specifically designed for their military housing partnership, which was the companies first partnership, however over time as the company evolved, therefore the mission had to evolve. The mission had to become broader to include other branches of partnership such as campus living. The same message is conveyed in a more general statement that can be applied to each partnership Corvias has.
The mission statement is; “Our mission is to be personally committed to solving our partner's most difficult, systematic challenges by reimagining what is possible and realizing more resilient communities together.” This statement is clear, concise and worded so any level could read and understand it with clarity. The mission statement is then followed up by a transparent vision on how the company would reach their mission, which is through the type of people Corvias chooses to

This all-encompassing “best” environment aligns with obtaining the best people for their vision to achieve their mission. These three core principles are widely understood and accepted throughout the organization and are emulated in each office.
Corvias has identified three major strategic goals it is striving to accomplish. Goal one entails a major restructure of the property management operations of their military housing partners nationwide. Effectively all property management was laid off due to the restructuring. The mission is focused on solving the partners most difficult problems. The restructuring addresses one the military’s most difficult problems, which is budget cuts. With less monies for the military housing program the company had to make staffing cuts for
