The kitchen is the heart of a home as families unite to cook, cry, converse, celebrate, and feast on the deception in the consumption of what is said to be organic food. “In the 21st century our tastes buds, our brain chemistry, our biochemistry, our hormones and our kitchens have been hijacked by the food industry,” stated Mark Hyman, meaning that the food industry is dishonest and inconsiderate of the lives of many as they distract and affect our hormones, making them crave for more of an unhealthy consumption.
