This is why leadership must constantly be aware of any problems that is seen and take every citizen or fellow officer complaint serious. Striving to maintain a high standard and an ethical conduct to build and maintain the communities respect and trust is now the said and unsaid mission. Ethical and profession al behavior is contagious as well as corruption. Uncaring or concerned leaders who do not quickly and properly handle corrupt issues can be viewed as incompetent and seen as corrupt themselves.
