The limitations put on New drivers Are both benificial and necessary.Why? Because they allow them to learn correct driving skills and gain knowledge about driving, gives them more experience, and helps with their saftey.
Correct driving skills are half the battle if you learn it correctly you are on the first step to success. The other half is knowing what stuff does in, on and around the car. So since we want knowledge than what is actually driver's ed? According to the Driver's Ed Guide from DMV.org, "Drivers ED is a requirment to get a driver's license" and "..Driver's Ed will teach you the skills required of safe, responsible drivers." So it's required to help you learn skills you need, to drive safely.
