Tata Motors Limited (formerly TELCO, short for Tata Engineering and Locomotive Company) headquartered in Mumbai, founded in 1945, is an Indian multinational automotive manufacturing company and a member of the Tata Group. Its products include passenger cars, trucks, vans, coaches, buses, sports cars, construction equipment and military vehicles
Natarajan Chandrasekaran was appointed as the Chairman of the Company on 17th January, 2017

BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
Corporate Governance (CG) refers to the overall framework of rules, system and processes related to enforcement of decision making and oversight powers and performance of Board of Directors and management in the conduct of their fiduciary responsibility to the owners of the firm provided for by law. The Board of Directors along with its committees provides leadership and guidance to the company’s management, as also direct, supervise and control the performance of the company.
