There is no perfect definition for CSR. Corporate social responsibility, frequently said as "CSR," is an enterprise's drives to evaluate and assume liability for the organization's consequences for ecological and social wellbeing.

The definition is more related to the relationship between organization and society, and it also relationship between organization and stakeholders.

All the people who are directly or indirectly linked with an organization who can affect or get affected by the objectives, decisions, and policies of an organization are called stakeholders of an organization. In the current case study provided to us, the stakeholders are Marcus Lim, the cost accountant, Ray Pon his friend and production manager of the Super Cut product, the employees working in the Super Cut product line, the management of Hi-Power Mower Company and lastly the organization itself Hi-Power Mower Company.
