Corporate-Based Fitness Organization Essay

For my own team business, I would like to design a corporate-based fitness organization. The idea of a corporate-based fitness organizations, is to create a healthy environment which will help boost the employee’s health and their well-being which includes having a positive mind-set and reduce stress. A company where they offer health screening, exercise programs, and anything that can help the employees to be feeling healthy and alive while avoiding depressions and life burnout. I would like to design this particular organization because I like to see my employees happy and healthy and loving life which is my ultimate goal as well as not having to see them suffer. It would really break my heart to see them at risk of suffering from a particular disease including mental illnesses. “42 percent of workers have left a job due to a stressful environment, and another 35 percent have considered changing jobs due to stress” (Abigail Thorpe,44 Healthiest Companies). Internal training is a good way for self-motivation, skilled and work effectiveness which is over learning qualifications which include job relevance and cost. “Internal training begins with an induction program, enabling the employee to learn how to do the job, its purpose and how it fits into the corporate strategies” (Shelagh Dillion, Purpose of Internal Training). In the external training setting, it is like a classroom which is an in-house training in your business. This is where you can ask other staff based on what type of training they are in which can help you decide if you want to do this type of training or not.
